Our services can be provided on an hourly rate, day rate, lump sum and retainer basis.

WHERE DO YOU WORK?

Traditionally from our office with attendance at client sites where beneficial to the bid delivery.

DO YOU GIVE BID NO BID ADVICE?

We will give you honest advise regarding our expectations of your bid success.

WHAT SUCCESS RATE?

Where the quality, commercial, experience and capability are aligned we are 98% successful on the final bid.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Our writers are writers first and are developed as sales writers with industry knowledge added over time.

WILL OUR BID LOOK THE SAME AS SOMEONE ELSE?

No. There is best practice which is followed but each bid is an individual response.

WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?

We generally sign non-disclosure agreements with all clients, though it is not in our interests to divulge or communicate client documentation/information to others.

HOW SOON OR QUICK CAN WE RESERVE YOU?

We are booked on a first come first serve basis with a committed PO.  Though will verbally reserve resources if requested and will give you first refusal if another request for the resource is made.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

Send us some samples of the current proposals you are responding to our an up and coming one. We can then provide an honest and accurate proposal including what we recommend is needed and associated costs.
